The Triple Treat ! A night of Sydney based indie music

Floyd Vincent and the Temple Dogs - high energy world inspired rock, pop and jazz.
Well known for the energy and intensity of their live shows, Guitarist/singer/songwriter Floyd Vincent along with bassist Bill Jacobi and drummer Dave Marsalis are one of the country’s most unique and enduring acts. They have performed all over Australia and Europe for decades and continue to make challenging and uplifting music that has been supported by rotation airplay on JJJ, ABC and similar broadcasters across Europe.
“Sydney Flamenco dude Floyd Vincent is a storyteller of some wit and imagination."
Rolling Stone Magazine

Joeys Coop - If Keith Richard’s and Nico had a lovechild whose godparents were Eno, Ron Asheton, Patty Smith and Chrissy Hynde and said lovechild started a band then you’d get a vague idea of the ballpark Joeys Coop play in.

Joeys Coop is the combined musical muscle of some of Australia’s most seasoned independent musicians whose collective pedigree extends back to the late 1970s. Featuring the songwriting talents and playing of Brett Myers (guitarist of legendary Australian indy band Died Pretty) and Mark Roxburgh (singer of critically acclaimed 80s indy band Decline of the Reptiles) the line-up is rounded out by ace bass wrangler Marc Lynch (from 90s JJJ faves Glide) and Lloyd Gyi (drummer of choice for Perry Keyes and Dave Warner) on drums and vocals.

“Take Me Away wouldn’t sound out of place on Triple J or its recently-launched sister station, Double J.” - Georgina Mitchell, Newcastle Herald

Love Child
Australian Rock band Love Child combine influences from both sides of the Atlantic, infusing UK and American influences whilst adding a blues edge to the mix. It is Soulful, Powerful yet raw with a very commercial sound.

The band have proved themselves time and again as seasoned performers on a live platform having toured the album and performed at the ‘’Sydney Roots and Blues Festival’’ and at the ‘’Australian Blues Music Festival’’.

The band is; Steve Hancock, (Vocals/Harp) -Guitarist Dennis Val - Garry Daglish on Bass and James Pool on Drums.

“For fans of “The Black Crowes' style of Blues, this is an essential investment.

My first impression of Love Child is that they are Australia's answer to The Black Crowes; an old-school, Blues-influenced Rock band that's drenched in attitude”. - Fireworks Magazine UK- Mark Donnelly
