French Culinary Masterclass

On Thursday, 14th April from 11am-1pm, Marrickville Metro welcomes the well-regarded Chef Loïc Lemaitre, for a masterclass on French cuisine. After 6 years as Executive Chef with Cuisinecorp, Chef Loïc is now developing his own brand ‘Loïc’s Table’. An exponent of French and international culinary art, Chef Loïc specialises in traditional, contemporary, and fusion French Cuisine. Often seen on Sydney Weekender, Chef Loïc has presented alongside celebrity guest chefs, to the likes of professional Masterchef contestants, Luke Nguyen, Fast Ed, and Matthew Kemp. He will be demonstrating the ins and outs of French cooking and treating us to free tastings of classic and contemporary French dishes.
