On Friday 28th October, our feature acts will be Peter James & Lindsay Webb!

A rising star out of Cairns, Peter James is quickly making a name for himself on the Australian comedy circuit. He has performed multiple sell-out solo shows to audiences across Far North Queensland, as well performing interstate at both the Adelaide Fringe Festival and Melbourne International Comedy Festival, where he garnered four and five star reviews. Peter is the founder and organiser of Cairns’ premier comedy venue called Laughing Heart Comedy, hidden within the Paramour Cabaret Theatre.

Lindsay Webb is truly an International act worthy of the title, with a unique, homespun story to tell. From humble beginnings on a sheep & cattle station, Lindsay learned the art of humour young. From podcasting to radio to fringe festivals to television crowd warm-up to club stints and corporate gigs, Lindsay has done it all. With a dance card as impressive and diverse as this, it’s no wonder Lindsay Webb is one of the most in-demand comedians in this country. His experience in club, festival and corporate comedy is second to none, but more importantly – he loves what he does. With a record of 289 gigs in a single year, that’s obvious, and it’s because of this that he continues to get accolades and awards everywhere he goes.
