A wild bunch of free-wheeling wordsmiths of wisdom are hitting the Redland Performing Arts Centre (RPAC) stage for a Sunday slam poetry soiree with a difference.

Hosted by award-winning comedian Jenny Wynter and Aussie Hip Hop legend Morganics, Gran Slam LIVE! features comedy, music, and poetry that will have you laughing, cheering, and left in awe.

A razor-sharp collective of poetic stars aged 65 to 99 years young will take to the stage to battle it out with their intimate reflections and hilarious insights into life, aging, freedom, and everything in between for a cash and publishing prize.

This will be a joyful and memorable afternoon you will not want to miss! Join us in the RPAC Auditorium on Sunday 2 October at 4 pm for our first slam poetry battle.
