International Day of People with a Disability 2022

Celebrating 'International Day of People with a Disability' (IDPWD) has been a staple on the calendar for many years at Minda.

This year the event will be bigger and better, dressed in a Christmas atmosphere, as everyone in the community is invited to join!

Enjoy a wonderful day out, discovering a selection of market stalls from a variety of local businesses, live music, dance and entertainment, BBQ and other food, an ice cream or some fairy floss. Participate in our raffle, tombola and lucky dip and take home some great prizes!

Take a ride on one of our amusement rides or meet some new furry friends at our petting zoo. There will even be an appearance from Santa himself!

Minda provided food and entertainment options will be available for a gold coin donation.

IDPWD is aimed at increasing public awareness, understanding and acceptance of people with disability.

The event is supported by the City of Holdfast Bay.
