Medicine Music expression sessions involve engaging the senses and tuning into the present moment, integrating mindfulness-based meditation with music therapy while engaging the natural healing mechanism of the body and mind.
Sessions include:
- Introduction to medicine music and healing facilitation through breath, sound and movement.
- Engaging the senses and tuning into the present moment.
- Clearing stagnant energy and releasing stress, tension, pain and trauma through breath, sound and movement.
- Breathwork, grounding and bathing in the radiance of the universe.
- Vocal warm up exercises and sounding.
- Medicine music expression session.
- Sound bath meditation.
Maximum 15 people per session.
