During the entire month of October, the city of Melville will be celebrating their first annual Melville Storylines, which will see the community come together to exhibit a broad range of narratives across multiple mediums such as story telling, visual arts, music, history, film and written works.

With a line up of both established and new talent, audiences will be able to immerse themselves in more than 30 events across the entire month, ensuring a program for everyone to enjoy. This is a wonderful opportunity to allow not only the Melville community, but wider Perth to discover the city’s hidden gem locations and enjoy local favourites.

This is truly a celebration of storytelling in all its glory. From Stories in Song and Breakfast with a Side of History to Storytelling with Noongar Elder Aunty Marie, Melville Storylines cannot be missed. Events will be spread across the city, including venues such as libraries, community centres, pubs, restaurants, backyards and even online experiences.

Melville Storylines will take place from Saturday 1st October to Monday 31st October. For the full program, to book into free events or purchase tickets, visit – melvillecity.com.au/melvillestorylines
