Mother's Day 2022

Peter Rowland Group; the caterers at Belgenny Farm are hosting a family afternoon full of fun and lunch options to suit all families and budgets.

Spend some time with the kids at the petting zoo and get up close with baby farm animals. The children will have an opportunity to interact with the animals and take selfies, then head over to Chook Pen to visit our resident hens and roosters.

We have you covered for lunch with no washing up required; select from either our buffet lunch being served in The Granary (limited spots available) or prebook a family picnic hamper and bring along a picnic rug or tables and chairs (wet weather option inside The Community Hall). Bar open for cashless (card only) beverage purchases including beer, wine, spirits, soft
drinks, juices and water available.

After lunch, evoke laughter and family bonding with an assortment of lawn games; noughts and crosses, connect four, croquet, ring toss and more – who in the family has the best noughts and crosses strategy or will take out the title of ring toss master?

Educate the children about the local history of Belgenny Farm and the Macarthur family with a digital self-guided walking tour. John & Elizabeth Macarthur established the site in 1805; the earliest and arguably the most important collection of colonial farm buildings in Australia. There are over 15 original buildings in the compound to explore within the grounds.

Access to the grounds is reserved for buffet lunch and picnic hamper lunch bookings only. Animals and domestic pets are not permitted due to local livestock and petting zoo animals.
