On a Bridge North From Here

In February 2022 we will present 'On a Bridge North From Here', a new theatre piece devised by the 2021/22-ensemble, Darcy Gilkerson, Indiana Jennings, Alyssa Kale, Joachim Matschoss, Shannon Stevens, Capri Walsh and Verity Wood.

This new theatre piece is a unique collaboration between a visual artist, a classical musician, a writer and theatre makers. It is a story of love and loss, based on true events.

The piece is being presented by BYTE (BackYardTheatreEnsemble), an independent company that produces theatre dedicated to devised issue-based work nationally and internationally for many years.

The performance will be shown on a bare stage with an ensemble of three actors, a cellis and sculptures responding to the themes of the piece. The piece is part comic, moving and thought-provoking.
