New Sounds – Volume Two is a free family-friendly event showcasing the best of local music talent and fun activities staged in the heart of Perth at the Yagan Square Amphitheatre.

Featuring Stilt Walkers, Sparkly faces and Glitter tattoos, floating Monster Bubbles and a T-shirt designing workshop, alongside live performances by Ullah Annert, Daisy Park Band, Happenings, and DJ Musu!

Musu
2:00 PM | 3:10PM | 4.20PM | 5.30PM live DJ: Musu (fka LANI) is a Boorloo based DJ whose objective is to help create spaces that celebrate brown and bla(c)k queer folk and musical talent.

Daisy Park Band
2:30 PM – 3:10 PM - live indie rock band: Daisy Park are a four-piece dreamy indie rock band, that are inspired by the likes of Spacey Jane and Gang of Youths.

Ullah Annert
3:40 PM – 4:20 PM live performance: Ullah is an indie-folk, singer-songwriter who writes about the ordinary lovely (and not-so-lovely) things that are encountered each and every day.

Happenings
4:50 PM – 5:30 PM live band: a five-piece collective of music-makers from Walyalup, WA with their own approach to the world of alternative folk-pop and art rock.

This four-part youth music series from Propel Youth Arts WA amplifies WA’s best young musicians and DJs, with Volume Three on Friday 9 December.
