Run Army 2022

JOIN THE AUSTRALIAN ARMY AND RUN/WALK 5 KM OR 10 KM ON SUNDAY 24 APRIL, 2022.

Returning in full strength for its second year, Run Army is calling on the South-East Queensland community to join in a new Anzac Day tradition on Sunday 24 April to support the Australian Army and Legacy - a charity initially established by veterans at the end of WWI to support the families of our fallen and incapacitated servicemen and women.

For this year's event, thousands of Queenslanders will follow in the footsteps of generations of diggers and take to the city streets before winding along the Brisbane River for the five or 10-kilometre challenge, raising funds for Legacy and the families of veterans.

A family-friendly and community event, all ages and abilities are encouraged to participate and interact with current servicemen and women, who will support and cheer on participants every step of the way!

Registrations are now open and start at $25 for children for the 5km event and $30 for the 10km challenge. To register for this year's event, head to Run Army's official website!

Can't join the Brisbane event in-person? Recruit your family, friends or neighbours to join you for a virtual event! Virtual runners and walkers will be able to join from their own neighbourhoods, anywhere across Australia, to raise funds for their local Legacy clubs.
