Wednesday 10th August, 2022, let the culinary adventure begin at Ruse Bar and Brasserie featuring truffle inspired four-course menu with locally sourced produce and matching wines.

Wine, dine and relax with family, friends, colleagues whether you’re joining for a quick drink and a bite of something a little more substantial. Ruse Bar features a modern-causal setting where you can enjoy signature favourites, at the Brasserie; cooking philosophy is inspired by charcoal and fire, featuring open-fire grills and a quality produce menu.

Head Chef Jay Rao (ex Bert’s, Momofuku Seiobo) together with General manager, head sommelier Rudolph Bertin will take you on an adventure of truffles creating the perfect match of produce and wines in this exclusive menu.

Jay, "Our truffle dinner will feature everything from dry-aged duck to a delicious house-made ricotta ravioli, all fused with delicious Blue Mountains winter truffle. It's a night not to miss and I can't wait."
