Score Yourself A Free Salmon Brunch

In celebration of Seven Days of Salmon, Tassal Tasmanian Salmon has teamed up with celebrity chef and co-owner of The Depot cafe in Bondi, Guy Turland, to showcase Australia’s favourite fish for its health, taste and versatility.

From Monday 4 - Friday 8 April, The Depot will be serving up seven free salmon dishes each day to Bondi locals and its visitors; and seven lucky salmon-lovers across the nation will win the chance to enjoy an exclusive virtual masterclass experience with Guy, where they will learn how to create a show-stopping salmon meal.

Putting a salmon-spin on a couple of Aussie brunch classics, The Depot will be plating up a delicious Hot Smoked Salmon Benedict and Herb & Breadcrumb Baked Salmon Rainbow Bowl throughout the week.
