Stand With Ukraine - Fundraising Bush Dance: CANCELLED

We would like to invite you all to come along to the “Stand with Ukraine “ fundraising bush dance to be held at the Glen Huon Hall in the beautiful Huon Valley on Saturday 23rd of April.

Music is by “Ross Smithard and Up Jumped Trouble” a rollicking old time string band playing fabulous foot-stomping tunes on fiddle, banjo, guitar, uke and bass. Dances will be called and are loads of fun and easy.

The band has donated their time so every cent we raise together will go to the Unicef Ukraine emergency fund to provide shelter, food and water to the hundreds of thousands of people by war.
Food and drinks will be available from 6pm by local foodsters “Get Curry India” so come early and fuel up so you can dance your socks off.

Music and dancing will kick off at 6.30.

Due to Covid regulations, the hall has restricted capacity so tickets are strictly limited and there will be no door sales on the night and tickets will only be on sale until the 17th April

We also want to give voice to the suffering of the innocent people of Russia. It is through UNICEF or other organisations that you can follow your heart and find ways of supporting them as well.
