Stones To The Max, The Rolling Stones Show makes its very welcome return to the Monkey. The show is delivered in a similar way that the Stones have performed over the last 20 years by intergrading their illustrious and diverse catalogue of over 60 years into a hits & favourites concert.

With a live impact that promises all the charisma, energy and swagger of Jagger (performed by Max Smidt) and the cool chic of Keef along with those world famous riffs ( wrangled by Chris Medina), you’ll hear 60’s classics such as Paint It Black, Jumpin Jack Flash, Satisfaction and Under My Thumb from the early years. Street Fighting Man & Sympathy For The Devil plus highlights of true hard core fan albums such as Let It Bleed’s epic Gimme Shelter & Midnight Rambler. Then through to the 70’s era Exile On Main Street’s Tumbling Dice and Sticky Fingers Brown Sugar, Bitch and Can’t You Hear Me Knockin and of course some of their raw ballads, Wild Horses and Goats Head Soup’s Angie.

A little dance time with some falsetto vocals never goes astray with the late 70’s disco tinged singles Miss You & early 80’s Emotional Rescue to the laidback Beast Of Burden. No proper salute to one of the greatest shows on earth would be complete without the 80’s Tattoo You album opener and worldwide hit Start Me Up.

There should be something for every fan no matter what era you jumped into the Stones stellar career.
