Sydney Legacy Week

Join Legacy for the annual Legacy Week to commemorate the veterans who have served for the country. Held at the Cenotaph in Martin Place, the occasion will include a wreath-laying ceremony and official services paying tribute to Australia’s veterans and their families. To conclude, there will be a vice regal salute, which is a musical greeting and mark of respect.

The ceremony will be hosted by Legacy Australia ambassador and former Legacy Junior Gordon Bray AM, and will mark the commencement of five days of badge selling for the first time since 2019. Badges will be sold throughout metro Sydney, at locations including Circular Quay outside Customs House, Martin Place, Wynyard, Town Hall and Central, as well as in regional NSW.
