Brisbane’s modern blues rock power-trio The Blackwater Fever are emerging out of their bunker after putting the final touches on their long-awaited 6th studio album, ‘Temptator!’ due out October 27th.
A record with all the signature peaks and valleys fans have come to expect from the band, ‘Temptator!’ sees The Blackwater Fever breaking new sonic ground and taking their sound to its limits in hi-fidelity.

This August saw the band touring nationally to audiences of thousands opening for Mongolian folk-metal giants, The HU. Jet-setting around Australia, this run included a jam-packed sold out show at Eatons Hill Hotel in their home city of Brisbane.

Now back and ready to celebrate the album’s completion, as well as their recent run of good fortune, The Blackwater Fever are going to play their final Brisbane show for 2022 up close and personal at Greaser Bar.
As a special treat for fans on the night, the new album ‘Temptator!’ will be previewed over the sound system weeks before its official release, and select cuts are set to be featured in the band’s live show.

Along for the night will be special guests Gutterfire! and Lewin Grimley & The Broken Strings.
