You don’t have to be an athlete… just keen to create freedom, dignity and choice for young Australians with physical disabilities who are being left behind!
No matter how uncomfortable you might feel running 5kms in your Budgy Smugglers or red kit, it’s not nearly as uncomfortable as the life a young person lives in an aged care facility. So be bold and BOLT for Youngcare!
