West Set + Finding Figaro present:
Darcy Justice
DJDJ the DJ’s DJ. For years now Darcy has been an essential asset to the fabric of the city with sets which continue to inspire and excite. With memorable sets in memorable places, Darcy has steadily risen to the top and eternally excited to see what’s next for one of the best in town.
Eden Burns (NZ)
Eden Burns is a DJ and producer hailing from the deep south of Aotearoa/New Zealand. As a teenager, he connected with the world of dance music via scuffed tech-house records in dollar bins and a DVD rip of Paris Is Burning. Drawing on these inspirations, his early productions hit a sweet spot between wide-eyed weirdness and club-ready maximalism. He was quickly released on Feel My Bicep and Cold Tonic, and began an upward trajectory from the Taieri Plains to clubs and stages worldwide.
Belda (IND)
For 10+ years Belda has been a juggernaut of the South East Asian underground. The brain behind NEVER TOO DISCO, one half of HDYLW? (How Do You Like Wednesday?) and A&R for Akamady Records, a home-grown hero of Jakarta’s independent electronic music scene.
NOISE IN MY HEAD
Noise In My Head is a freeform sonic excursion piloted by Michael Kucyk. From early beginnings as a long-running cult radio show on Melbourne’s 3RRR FM, it has become a vital nexus in the Australia music scene, and now the identity expands as a DJ, two record labels and party series. For over 13 years, NIMH has brought together producers, DJs and selectors from all over the world through his radio show, forming links between Australia, Japan, Germany, Sweden, UAE, Canada, the US and beyond throughout the process. The carefully curated program was broadcast on London online institution NTS, alongside regular presenters Andrew Weatherall, Four Tet, Floating Points, Funkineven and Moxie, before ceasing its mission in November 2018.
The City of Maribyrnong acknowledge the Traditional Owners of the land, the Wurundjeri Woi Wurrung and Bunurong peoples of the Kulin Nation and pay our respect to their Elders, past and present.
