Kicking off 2pm Sunday 4 September, start with a Father’s Fashioned cocktail, Jackalberry’s twist on the renowned Old Fashioned, or choose your favourite classic cocktail, should whiskey not be your flavour.

To appeal to dad’s discerning taste, our masterful chefs have curated a delicious family share-style menu featuring whiskey-infused and delectable delights, paired with a glass of red or white (your choice).

To finish, sip on a Single Malt whiskey while our whiskey expert shares what makes the perfect drop with an intimate masterclass.
