ZADI Training, one of the hottest female-focused workouts in Australia, will be taking over Centennial Park to raise money for White Ribbon Australia on March 19, 2022. The event will be for 200 like-minded women who want to start their day off with a sweat!
About The Workout
You will start with a fun high energy warm-up followed by 40 minutes of ZADI's signature workout that all our members rave about; Sweat Envy! Lead by ZADI's fitness team including our exercise scientist Damien Kelly, ZADI founder and trainer Adala Bolto, fitness director Melanie Harriman, our fitness presenter Claire Parker.
