The Ian Constable Lecture is one of Western Australia's premier science lectures.
Imaging of the eye is revolutionising the management of eye diseases such as macular degeneration and glaucoma. This lecture will review how imaging is helping us understand the health of the eyes, and the opportunities and challenges of translating these advances to clinical care.
The 2023 Ian Constable Lecture is presented by Professor Balwantray Chauhan, Mathers Professor and Research Director of Ophthalmology and Visual Sciences, Professor of Physiology and Biophysics and Professor of Medical Neurosciences at Dalhousie University in Canada.
