6 Week Physio Led Mums & Bubs Reformer Pilates Course

Includes a free physiotherapist pre-Pilates assessment before the course commences (20 minutes - valued at $50) or upgrade to a full Postnatal physiotherapist appointment for just $100 (1hr - valued at $160).

We are able to provide an invoice for Private Health claiming under code 596. We encourage you to check in with your fund before booking to make sure you are covered.

Our Postnatal Pilates blocks are a fantastic way to get back into movement post birth! We recommend waiting until you have been given the all clear from your medical team before commencing exercise (minimum 6 weeks postpartum) and if they raise any concerns we do require a physio consultation before starting. Just $169 for 6 weeks of physio led postnatal Pilates.
