You're invited to participate in raising awareness of modern slavery through a brief walk in the Adelaide CBD.

The Walk for Freedom is run every October by A21 - an organisation that partners with law enforcement agencies in cities all around the world. Their aim? To abolish slavery, everywhere, forever.
How? By rescuing those caught in slavery, educating and rehabilitating survivors to go on and live independent lives.

This is a family-friendly event. We know that human trafficking and slavery are heavy topics, so please be assured that any information shared will be appropriate. After a brief introduction, the Walk for Freedom is a silent event. The walk takes place on paved footpaths and not on roads.

Participants are encouraged to register online for free. There is an option to purchase a t-shirt at the time of registration, or to wear all black. Please see the link for more information. www.a21.org/adelaide

We hope you can join us to take a stand against any human ever being bought and sold.

PS. No monies or donations will be taken on the day. Any donations should be made through the website. Thank you.
