AALIA's esteemed chef dinner series continues into 2023 announcing the first chef in a highly-anticipated lineup of guest appearances; Ben Williamson, celebrated chef and co-owner of the Brisbane-based, woodfired restaurant Agnes.
AALIA’s Executive Chef, Paul Farag, is opening up his kitchen to a selection of talented chefs giving Sydney diners the chance to try their bespoke dishes for one-night-only. Guests can expect a culmination of Middle-Eastern and North African cuisines, and unique culinary techniques that work together to create a standout menu.
On Monday the 27th of February, Paul and Ben will team up to bring to life a collaborative, creative menu that showcases cooking over fire, combining their love for ancient traditions and spices that are elevated to new heights in a modern way for diners.
On the menu, guests can expect Ben's signature dishes such as his harissa quail, as well as Paul's Khorasan pita and Eggplant mes ‘a’ aha, alongside a selection of delicious Middle-Eastern dishes ($110pp).
