Arthritis Keys - Ankylosing Spondylitis/Psoriatic Arthritis

Arthritis Keys Programs are informed by medical evidence and aim to empower people to live well with arthritis. Led by health professionals, the programs will teach you about strategies and skills to assist you to manage your arthritis effectively.

Six interactive group sessions of 2.5 hours duration held weekly and conducted in a friendly and supportive group atmosphere. Participants are encouraged to attend all six weeks to gain the most benefit from the program.

Information about your condition
Physical activity and exercise
Pain management and medications
Emotional health
Healthy Eating
Finding the right support
Bookings Essential. Limited places available.

Cost: $35 per person or ($40 with partner/support person) for entire 6-week course.
