Artistic Directors in Conversation with Julia Holt

The 2023 Adelaide Cabaret Festival celebrates the Golden Anniversary of the Adelaide Festival Centre — 50 years of live performance.

This ‘Late Show in the afternoon’ sees Founding Festival Director Julia Holt (2001 – 08) interview a cross section of those who have followed in her footsteps and set the course to today. Reminisce with Cabaret Collective members David and Lisa Campbell (2009 –11), Ali McGregor (2016 –18), Eddie Perfect (2016 – 17) and Julia Zemiro (2019 – 20) as they discuss their visions, accomplishments and favourite moments from their respective reigns, culminating in this year’s collaborative creation.
