AusIMM's International Women's Day - Melbourne

AusIMM's International Women's Day Event Series is returning to Perth, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, and Brisbane once again in March 2023.

The 2023 Series marks AusIMM's fifth year hosting the biggest national event in resources that champions diversity and inclusion and recognises the incredible accomplishments of women.

Join us for a delicious two-course lunch with drinks in Melbourne and enjoy the inspiring presentation from keynote speaker, Nyadol Nyuon. Nyadol Nyuon, born in a refugee camp in Itang, Ethiopia, and raised in Kakuma Refugee camp in Kenya, is a vocal advocate for human rights, multiculturalism, the settlement of people with refugee experiences and those seeking asylum.

In 2022, Nyadol was awarded an Order of Australia Medal in recognition of her service to human rights and refugee women.
