Ho, ho, ho!! Christmas is fast approaching, and the shopping season has officially begun. Do you have that one friend that is almost impossible to buy for? Do you find yourself going from shop to shop, looking at the same products over and over again? Do you wish you could find a unique and meaningful gift for the nerdy people in your life? AVCon has the solution for you! Introducing the first-ever AVCon Christmas Market!

The AVCon Christmas Market will run in the heart of Adelaide during the following times and location.

Friday, December 8th – 5pm – 9pm
Saturday, December 9th – 10am – 5pm
Location: Level 2, Rundle Mall Plaza

We have brought together artists and craftspeople from all over South Australia and beyond who will be selling unique handmade creations with a nerdy twist. From art prints to self-published novels to pillows and plushies, to comics, to tabletop games and more! Whether you’re getting a unique festive gift, or just want to show the people in your life you love them, or maybe you’re looking for something for yourself, the AVCon Christmas Market has something for everyone!

The AVCon Christmas Market will also feature a selection of local small businesses selling a range of merchandise and other goodies that will please pop culture enthusiasts.

All proceeds from the Christmas Market will go towards AVCon’s own ‘Games 4 Kids’ charity. There is nothing worse than kids having to spend Christmas in hospital, so we are endeavouring to raise money and buy video games and consoles for the Adelaide Women’s and Children’s Hospital to help give sick kids a reason to smile over the festive season and the new year.

The AVCon Christmas Market will be a yuletide treat you can’t afford to miss! So buckle your sleigh bells, and we hope to see you there!
