Botanica Festival

Botanica is a festival held by the National Trust of Victoria celebrating nature, sustainability, and gardening. Held annually on Mother’s Day at the historic Rippon Lea Estate, Botanica offers the perfect ‘slow day out’ for locals and families.

Made possible by the City of Glen Eira, Botanica features a huge plant sale run by the Estate gardeners, an exhibition from the Bonsai Society of Victoria held within the historic ballroom, various specialty plant displays, the annual second-hand garden book sale, a vast makers market in partnership with the Rose Street Markets, and, just for Mother's Day, the Country Women's association will be serving scones with jam & cream!
