Join us for this one-day meditation course with Buddhist teacher Christielli designed to help you overcome the restless mind that keeps you up at night, and find tranquillity within.
The course will explore Buddhist meditation techniques for letting go of worries, frustrations and anxieties – the main obstacles to inner peace in general, and restful sleep in particular.
During the course, you'll learn:
How to calm the mind and cultivate a peaceful state of being
How to let go of the negative thoughts and emotions that keep you up at night
Guided meditations you can do every day
By the end of the course, you'll have the tools and knowledge to overcome your restless mind, and enjoy a good night's sleep.
