CBS September Blues Jam hosted by Red Belly Blue

Red Belly Blue hosts the Canberra Blues Society September blues jam.

As Canberra's newest high-energy blues and roots act, you’ll be among the first to hear their original music and tributes to genre classics.

Well known to audiences from their involvement in the Canberra Blues Society and previous bands such as Muddy Wolfe and Mojo Street, the melody makers are Lily Mulholland on vocals and Stevie Smith on guitar and vocals, while holding down the rhythm are Dean James on bass guitar and Gavin Kelly on drums, born storytellers both.

A four-piece band that takes you from heartfelt traditional blues through to the most exciting, rocking electric blues and roots, they’ll have you glued to your chairs one minute and up on your feet the next.
The host band will be followed by some of the finest musicians in the Canberra region, jamming together for a fabulous afternoon of live Blues music.
