Community Celebration

The Community Celebration — formerly known as the Celebration of Volunteers — offers a fun-filled, memorable day for the entire community. It is an important day to recognise our local volunteers, groups and organisations who work tirelessly for the welfare of our community.

With an anticipated attendance of 2,000 people over the course of the day, this is an event not to be missed! Come along and be part of the celebration. It is a free community event.
There will be an array of stalls hosted by local Community Organisations, Groups and local Not-for-profits. Stop by and chat with them about the essential services they deliver in our community - you might find a service that can help you - or a service you can help through volunteering! Fairy Lane Face Painting will be there painting up a storm, plus there will be a jumping castle and a petting zoo for the kids. Also there will be delicious food trucks to keep you fuelled throughout the day.
