Connect 2 Home | Homeless Connect is an event for everyone in our community who is doing it tough right now with the cost of living and housing crisis we're in. If you're struggling to pay rent or bills, need to move house, couch surfing, living in your car or experience homelessness, join us for a hot breakfast at 7am, live entertainment, activities, hot lunch and connect with support services.

Connect 2 Home | Homeless Connect brings together Local Council, State Government, businesses, community groups and volunteers, to provide free services to a range of vulnerable community members, especially those experiencing homelessness. The day starts with a hot breakfast followed by a one-stop venue of professional providers offering health and human services including accommodation information and referral, medical care, mental health, substance abuse, legal, clothing/blankets/food toiletries, identification, veterinary care and take-away bags of information. All services are free of charge and provided within a caring and safe environment.
