GABS Craft Beer Festival

Great news for craft beer lovers, the country’s biggest craft beer festival is back for a whirlwind three city stop over in May and June!

The centrepiece of the events are the one thousand two hundred fresh kegs, from 120 different breweries across Australia, New Zealand, UK and USA, of exciting, never seen before NEW brews just waiting to be tapped for the first time!

GABS Festival beers are renowned for being some of the most creative brews of the year. Served from 240 taps on the Dan Murphy’s Festival Bars, these creative beauties are best experienced in paddles of 5 tasters at a time.

In more good news for fans, all the sessions have been extended to five and a half hours each, so there will be more time to take part in all the amazing activations and meet the brewers behind your favourite beers at the 60+ pop up bars in what has to be one of the biggest indoor Ale Trails you can do in one day!

While beer is certainly the star of the show, GABS offers a feast for the senses from start to finish from the ringing of the bell to commence each session. This year there are debuts from Archie Rose, Monkey Shoulder Whisky and Yellow Tail Wines along with some seltzers, ciders and non alc options, ensuring all palates are catered for.

This is not just a beer festival. It's an experience. With brilliant street food, roving bands, silent disco, fun games and activations, eating competitions, Mountain Goat Air Guitar Championship, Balter Tins of Glory, Atomic Wheel of Pourtune and Black Flag Skate Ramp, there is always something exciting happening.

General public tickets are on sale from 3pm, 3.3.23. As an added bonus all ticket buyers, who purchase before the end of March, will receive FOUR entries to win a trip for 2 to the beautiful Sunshine Coast!
