Growing Knowings - Creative Art Therapy Workshop

When was the last time you stopped and tuned into yourself?

On July 1st and 15th I will be holding a two and a half hour workshop dedicated to creating a space for those who want to slow down and be supported in deepening their connection to self through engagement in creative processes.

As a registered creative arts therapist I will hold a nurturing and supported space, allowing you to safely express and explore your internal and external worlds through art making and creative expression.

During the workshops you will be guided into exploring different art materials and creative reflective processes to assist you in becoming aware of your own internal wisdom.

The ‘self’ is always communicating with us but the world is noisy and we are often too busy to stop and listen. Art making is a wonderful tool to assist in translating and bringing forward deeper messages within us.

This workshop will allow space for:
Growing your self-awareness
A place for self-discovery
Dedicated time and space for immersion in creative process within supportive community
A place to process and express emotional experiences
A moment to relax, play and unwind.
A space to open up to the possibilities that are just outside your vision as you go about your busy, scheduled days.

Winter is a wonderful time to slow down, connect and reflect - To give yourself the gift of time, space and connection to self and others.

Both workshops will be held in Preston. Full fee is $60 and concession is $45
