Healing Breathwork & Sound Bath

In honour of Jean Hailes Women’s Health Week which will be held from 4 to 8 September 2023 we are offering a selection of special talks and events.

Join Nicole Edwards from Sunshine Harmony for a guided breathwork and sound journey for self-inquiry, to ease the mind, and for deeper states of release and relaxation.

Sharing the calming essence of sound bowls, bells, and chimes, the cosmic sounds of symphonic gong, as well as the gentle heartbeat of the drum with vocal toning, you can expect to leave well-rested in a calming bliss.

Nicole Edwards is a yoga, meditation, breathwork, and trauma-informed teacher, as well as sound healer, who loves to share deeply nourishing practices for your health and wellness.

With a background in environmentalism, as well as psychology, she loves nothing more than connecting the balance of the mind and body with the grounding essence of the earth.

The event will run for 90 minutes.
