In a heart beat ..... You could be gone.....and trust me I have been there .... many times

After losing my father to cancer 10 years ago and my mother to a my mother to a heart attack last year 2022 i have made me realize even more to live in the moment. A Split second could be a different story.

I ask you this question Are you happy in your life?

In my personal experience I have had near misses in life, nearly shot by pirates in Niergira after my captain was taken hostage for 10 days when i was a naviagtor in oil and gas exploration. Heart attack in 2017 after not knowing that i had angina running the Sydney Marathon 2017 for South Australia and then the following weekend  56k Yurribilla Ultra maratrhon weeks before going in for a triple bypass week later, recently being taken out by a car smashing a windscreen as i went over the car......

It is not my time to go here on this earth which is nice to know..... Life is amazing and our bodies are also amazing in what it can do, it can do a lot much more that you think they can do. I have tried to find the limits and still want to push it to even higher limits.
Come and listen to some of the races i have done and attempted, Coast to Coast 243K run cycle and kayak in one day, 7 Days seld supported in Sahara desert at 50 degrees C, 323K in Italy in the race Tor des Geants after being pulled for time cut offs.

My Goal in my Ultra Running is to go back the the Himalayas to finish a run that i attempted in 2015 222K over the highest motorized pass in the World Kadulllllll  at 5,300m Everest base camp and once up and over another 5300m pass Wiruu la...... Next time will be to go even further.....  Project 555K which is another pass of 5300 Tang u la and then turn around and complete the last 2 passes again to run / walk 555k and 5 x passes of 5300m altitude. Can this be done ?  Yes 3 runners have already done 555k,i want to be the 4th person World to do so.

I my life I have realized that it really is too short, oh boring that is a saying that we hear all the time ..... Yeah well it is really too short. I decide to live my life how i want to .... Change is good for sure, right ?  So my drag persona Kiki became me day to day life and trust me i love it, happy an content with who i am and i believe that everyone should be happy within themselves in life. As far as i am aware we are only here once in life.... a one of my belieifs is "Life is a stage, go perform on it"  Trust me it takes guts and courage to walk down the high street in 4" stillettos and a dress, oh and have a laugh. If people really l know me I like to have a laugh and joke, and i rerally don't care what you think, I am happy doing my thing, I am just me no lables needed, like you should be in life, Remember "life is short", "Take Your Dreams Seriously" 

Hey Guys, Girls and those who are yet to decide......  Why don't you perform on your stage? and live your life?
Grow and flourish in what ever you want to do ? Run a marathon or be a sucessful entraphner?

Too much woffle here come to my show at one of my favourite Cafe's inProspect Cafe Komodo where i first performed my first drag show.

For $35 you have a 2 hour show with an intermission and finger food..... Yes its a Thurday night but guys there is only one more day before the weekend, so lets support local business and listen to my stories and I hopoe that i can motivate you inspire you to run that marathon or whatever your goal is. If you have done a Mind Map we are going to do one on stage.....
