Former NSW Police Commissioner, Ken Moroney AO APM will be our speaker on Saturday, 3rd June, 2023 at 2:00 pm at the City of Canada Bay Museum. He will be talking about his career, both during and post the NSW Police Force.

Ken is invariably asked if the answer to crime and anti-social behaviour in the community is more police, harsher sentences by the courts, more gaols, or more child welfare institutions. While each of these points generate a wide-ranging discussion, he likes to speak about the one topic that is seldom discussed in the wider debate - and it is not so much about the how and the why we need to address these issues, rather it is about who is best placed to address these issues.

To whom is he referring? Well, that's for the presentation. For many, the answer is somewhat of a surprise.

Please come along, and bring your friends and neighbours. These talks are open to anyone. Admission is FREE, but donations are always welcome to allow us to continue our work. Please feel free to send this poster on to others.
