Lyf Picnic | Volunteer Informal Info Session

Join us at Kings Park to learn more about volunteering with Leading Youth Forward (LYF).

We're currently recruiting volunteer mentors, freelancers, and event helpers to deliver our 2023 LYF program to around 80 at-risk Perth teens. Our informal info session at the park is your opportunity to meet LYF’s committee and existing volunteers, find out about the work we do and roles available, and have a picnic with like-minded people.

Returning volunteers are encouraged to attend (and bring a friend)!

Lawn games and light snacks will be provided and please feel free to bring a plate.

We can’t wait to see you there!

About Leading Youth Forward (LYF)
Now in its 12th year of operation, Leading Youth Forward (LYF) is a completely volunteer-run organisation which provides a structured mentoring and development program to around 80 at-risk Perth teens in years 7 to 10.

Teens are carefully matched with a mentor who provides one-on-one support and encouragement to build confidence, nurture personal growth, and positively influence their teen at a critical stage in their life.
