Be guided in setting healthy and heart felt intentions for 2023, and then rest deeply as your intentions are magnified through the power of restorative sound. Enjoy the frequencies of crystal singing bowls, gong and other healing instruments.

The new moon in each cycle is a time for new beginnings. As the moon begins its next cycle, it offers you a moment of reflection, to plant your intentions for what you would like to harvest in your life, and allow these seeds to grow as the light from the moon does too. This period of lunar darkness is said to be good for manifesting your goals or dreams.

The new year also beckons a time for planning and setting goals for the year to come, and can be a welcomed time to reflect on the year that was, letting go of things that may not have gone to plan and celebrating what was successful for you.

Join Courtney and Steve from Heart Resonance at Your Breathing Space in Carrara on the 22nd January from 2:30-4pm as we welcome in the exciting and vibrant energy a new year along side the new moon. In this immersive experience, we will start with a grounding meditation accompanied with essential oils. Allow the beautiful smells of these natural oils to enliven your senses and help you to drop into your body. Moving from the mind into the body helps us to connect with our intuition, and recognise our deepest intentions and needs. From this space, you will be invited to set an intention for the session. You will be guided through a workshop on setting healthy and heart felt intentions for the year ahead, that will also be achievable and realistic for you.

You will then be invited to rest as we share in a sound journey, where Courtney and Steve will play deeply relaxing sounds from crystal singing bowls, gong, chimes and other healing instruments. Allow the power of sound healing to magnify your intentions and help your body receive deep rest and a moment of stillness. When we couple our intentions with the frequencies of sound medicine, it helps to manifest your goals and create a shift if you are stuck and in need of change.

After the sound immersion, enjoy a grounding tea, vegan sweet treat and group reflection (sharing is always optional).

Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to get settled in (doors will close strictly at 2:30pm). You may wish to bring a pillow and some water. Mats, blankets and bolsters are provided. Wearing comfortable clothing is recommended.
