The Manhattons is a band that plays all styles of traditional jazz, always reflecting the spirit of the music but adding a touch of its own. Featuring some of Perth’s best musicians they play a wide range of sounds and arrangements from Jelly Roll Morton and Louis Armstrong classics to original and innovative arrangements of Dixieland favourites. They also like to keep the music very danceable Enjoy this program of classic jazz numbers and vocals from the Roaring Twenties and the 1930’s.
