Richard Lawson

Australian musical journeyman Richard Lawson has made a stop at every creative station it seems. His transcendence from the glory days as drummer for the seminal Australian punk band the Lime Spiders, through the gambit of popular genres is to be acknowledged and he is an unassuming Australian music legend. Richard is performing and touring extensively on the South Coast and the rest of NSW Nov/Dec/Jan and plans are also underway for his works to be scored, performed and recorded by the esteemed classical ensemble ‘The Acacia Quartet’ later this year, with applications to several major classical music festivals including ‘Four Winds’ in the pipeline.
‘Music at Night; Selected Ambient Works 1994-2014’ will be released November 2022 with the second single Porcelain II available on Spotify/YouTube/Apple music and on CD at Bandcamp/Discogs and at shows.
