“Running Up That Hill” is an inspired tribute to Kate Bush that celebrates the illustrious career and the imaginative and inventive art rock that has made the English singer-songwriter one of the most successful and influential female musicians of the late 20th century.

This show will feature all of Bush’s greatest hits and fan favourites including "The Man with the Child in His Eyes", "Babooshka", "Running Up That Hill", and "King of the Mountain", to name a few.
Like Kate, Sydney performer Denise Cavalletto shares a vocal ability that is incredibly versatile, rich and emotive that also carries a dark, weighty timbre. Originally from Italian descent, Denise has been teaching vocal technique since the young age of seventeen, and has been a live performer for almost ten years, performing in opera, pop and rock concerts and musicals. Touring with one of Australia’s premiere Pink Floyd tributes for the past six years, Denise has been highly applauded for her solo rendition of Pink Floyd’s ‘The Great Gig In The Sky’.

In 2022, Kate Bush’s 1985 hit ‘Running Up That Hill’ endured a resurgence in popularity, breaking new records and topping global music charts decades after its release, thanks to its starring role in a pivotal scene of the Netflix horror sci-fi drama, Stranger Things. In Australia, it’s the first time the single has topped the ARIA Singles chart.

It is also the first #1 ARIA Singles Chart placement of the ARIA era in Bush’s career, though she had previously claimed a Pre-ARIA #1 with her 1978 debut ‘Wuthering Heights’ – a song she wrote and released at the age of 19.

Bush has since released 25 UK Top 40 singles and all ten of her studio albums reached the UK Top 10, with all bar one reaching the top five. In Australia, Bush has had five top 10 hits and five top 20 albums.
