Most pets are welcome—dogs, cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, lizards, and more. Big, venomous, or restricted animals are excluded. Have an unusual pet? Contact Centre Management at 6375 6000 to check eligibility!
Special entrance:
Please enter through the western entrance of the centre, (next to Coffee Club). Owners need to wait at the specified entrance outside the centre before their scheduled booking time. When it's time for your booking, a staff member will meet you at that entrance and guide you to the Santa photography area. Make sure to have your booking confirmation ready, either on your phone or as a printed copy.
