Sauce Brewery: Beer, Brisket and Brawns Launch Party

Sauce HQ was officially open for business in late 2017. Mike Clarke had assembled a dedicated team of brewers and beer slingers, and established a state-of-the-art brewery, taproom and beer garden established in Marrickville in Sydney’s inner-west. It was time to take Sauce to the people. And they did. Fast- forward to 2023 and Sauce has earned an enviable reputation for flavour and quality among beer enthusiasts, with Australia-wide distribution along with a brewpub and bottle shop in Cairns.

Whether it's ensuring the best possible consistency and quality of the core range or experimenting with new styles for limited edition brews, Sauce always puts flavour first. On the hospitality front, it’s simple. Keep it casual with comfortable indoor and outdoor seating for friends, families and pups. Great DJ music but not so loud you can’t have a conversation.

We'd love to extend an invitation to their extravagant launch at the Marrickville location.
