The Artistic Fusion at Broadway Art Exhibition

Internationally renowned artists Chocolate Rain (Ms. Prudence Mak) and Frog King (Mr. Kwok Man Ho) are embarking on their first-ever collaboration, featuring over 50 artworks and 3D creations. The exhibition “The Artistic Fusion@Broadway” will take place at Broadway Shopping Centre's Ground Floor from 16th October to 22nd October 2023. The highlight of the event will be a monumental 3-meter inflatable art installation, promising a unique and immersive artistic experience for all visitors.

When Boundless Inspiration Meets Unrestrained Imagination
Age is merely a number; it's our mindset that defines our youthfulness. At 72 years old, Frog King continues to draw boundless inspiration, while Chocolate Rain, known for her affection for childhood dreams and unrestrained imagination, seamlessly blends contemporary animation, manga styles, and pop art into her creations. Along with her original DIY creations, has joined forces with Frog King, an art-loving "old naughty boy." Their collaboration promises to breathe fresh, fascinating, and novel life into their creations. "The attraction to Frog King's art lies in the evolving perceptions of frogs across different eras" Chocolate Rain remarks. Their distinctive croaking sounds and beloved fictional character Keroppi captivate young hearts. The allure of transforming into a frog prince or princess, as inspired by fairy tales, sparks teenage fantasies. As adulthood settles in, frogs take on a new role as symbols of embracing the tranquil and uncomplicated joys of life in harmony with nature, reminding us to appreciate the beauty of the natural world and find happiness in its simplicity.

A 3-meter Tall Spectacle: Iconic 'Fatina Meets Frog King' Inflatable Unveiled!
In this latest venture, the centerpiece of the exhibition is a stunning three-meter-tall inflatable art installation featuring Chocolate Rain's iconic character, Fatina, adorned with Frog King's signature "frog" necklace. Chocolate Rain transforms into a living art installation as she dons the eye-catching Frog King's crown and stylish glasses. The frog patterns adorning her feet serve as a heartfelt tribute to Frog King's emblematic symbol, symbolizing a connection to a "different dimension" or the Dokodemo Door (Anywhere Door), inviting everyone to explore a multitude of imaginative and creative realms.
