The Moth StorySLAM is a monthly open-mic storytelling event, where everyday people share personal, true stories on stage, without notes.
The theme for this month's slam, sponsored by Atlassian, is IN IT TOGETHER: Prepare a five-minute story about feeling included or on your own, seen or unseen, a part of the group, or left out in the cold. A moment when folks had your back or threw you to the wolves. In the mix, or on the outskirts. Leveling the playing field at work or watching from the bench. Fitting in, taking the lead, lending a hand.
Come along to put your name in the hat, or to sit back and enjoy a night of great stories.
Tickets ($20 + booking fee) available online until 2.50pm Wednesday 1 March, unless sold out prior. No door sales on the night. Howler is an 18+ venue.
