China Cultural Centre in Sydney will invite Mr Ge Tao, famous purple clay craftsman to hold The Temperature of Purple Clay Lecture. Purple clay pottery craftsmanship, inscribed in the first group of national intangible cultural heritages of China, is celebrated for its unique material properties, meticulous craftsmanship and elegant design, embodying symbols of the Chinese traditional culture and liked by the people worldwide.

Mr Ge Tao is a member of the Chinese Arts and Crafts Association, Director of  Yixing Intangible Cultural Heritage Production Demonstration Base in Jiangsu Province, and a visiting professor at the Shanghai Arts and Crafts Vocational College. Mr Ge Tao has held many personal exhibitions of his purple clay artworks in the United States, Malaysia, Singapore, and other countries, engaging in international pottery art exchanges and showcasing the art of the Chinese purple clay culture to the world. Click the link below to register for free!
