TomCat Little Big Band

Envisioned through a shared love of jazz and big band music, Catriona Lincoln and Tom Pegler are once again excited to present The TomCat Little Big Band. Cat (Trina) is Leader of Held To Ransom Jazz Quintet, performing regularly at the BJC and Moreton Bay Boat Club, and is Lead vocalist with New Groove Jazz Ensemble, a popular big band on the North side of Brisbane. Tom has established himself as a popular talent on the Brisbane Jazz scene, singing the songs of Nat King Cole at the 2021 Brisbane Vocal Jazz Festival and sharing the stage with Gregg Arthur in his recent BJC show, as well as performing at many jazz venues around Brisbane. 

Joined by a stellar horn line-up: Ken Lincoln, Jan Herwerdine, Harry Ottley, Mike Keogh and Shane Purnell, and equally talented rhythm section: Sam Hewerdine, Connor Perkins and Steve Fischer, The TomCat Little Big Band will play a selection of exciting arrangements from the Great American Song Book and beyond.
